In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services (LSSI), the following general information is hereby provided:

The following domain, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, is registered under the name of the following entity:

Terms of Use

1. Users

Access to and/or use of the Website grants the individual the status of user, thereby accepting, from that very moment, fully and without reservation, these general terms and conditions, as well as any specific terms that may complement, modify or replace them in relation to certain services and content of the Website.

2. Use of the Website, its Services and Content

The user agrees to use the Website and its services and content without violating current legislation, good faith, generally accepted practices, or public order.

Likewise, use of the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes against the owner or any third party, or in any way that may damage or hinder the normal functioning of the Website, is prohibited.

Regarding content (information, texts, graphics, audio and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.), the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Its reproduction, distribution, or modification, unless authorised by its legitimate owners or legally permitted.
  • Any infringement of the rights of the owner or of the legitimate rights of third parties.
  • Its use for any commercial or advertising purposes, other than those strictly permitted.
  • Any attempt to obtain Website content by means other than those made available to users, or other than those commonly used on the Internet, provided such means do not harm the Website.

3. Unilateral Modification

The owner may unilaterally and without prior notice modify the structure and design of the Website, as well as modify or remove the services, content, and conditions of access and/or use, whenever deemed appropriate.

The establishment of any hyperlink from a web page to this Website will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Total or partial reproduction of any service or content of the Website is not allowed.
  • Unless expressly authorised in advance, the web page on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain any trademark, trade name, business sign, denomination, logo, slogan, or other distinctive signs belonging to the owner.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The owner does not guarantee nor is liable, in any case, for damages of any kind that may arise from:

  • Lack of availability, maintenance, or proper functioning of the Website or its services or content.
  • Lack of usefulness, suitability, or validity of the Website or its services or content to meet the needs or expectations of users.
  • The presence of viruses, malicious or harmful programs in the content.
  • The reception, acquisition, storage, dissemination or transmission of content by users.
  • The unlawful, negligent, or fraudulent use of the Website, its services or content, or any use contrary to these terms, to good faith, generally accepted practices, or public order.

6. Duration

The provision of the Website’s services is, in principle, indefinite.
However, the owner reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or terminate the Website or any of its services at any time, under the terms set forth in clause 3.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law.

The owners of the Website and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile for any issues that may arise regarding the provision of the Website’s services, or the interpretation, application, performance, or breach of what is established herein.

In the event that the user resides outside of Spain, both parties also expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, Spain.
